BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR PLOTS
In order to get your plot number you need to register at our reception presenting your passports or identity cards and filling the check-in form.
Plot changes are not permitted without our approval. Camping elements are not allowed outside the plot and need to be 50cm away from the plot limits.
Non dangerous pets are admitted after the entry fee has been paid.
Check in time is 13:00 pm
In high season the amount corresponding to the entire stay needs to be paid upon arrival.
The maximum number of persons per plot is six people, including children.
Check-out time is 11:00
If the plot does not deal with the day of arrival, we will keep up to 13: 00 pm the next day, if not occupied within this period will result in the loss of reservation of the plot and the cancellation of the stay without further obligation to the campsite. If the plot of the deal later dates booked, the unoccupied days must be paid in accordance with the current rates.
In case of early departure there will be no refund and the campsite will charge the amount corresponding to the entire stay.
Damage caused to our facilities for misusage will result on the payment of repairing or replacement expenses.
All claims must be addressed to the reception. We have complaint forms for this purpose.
All rates include use of the camping facilities such as swimming pool, sports facilities and showers. Also include VAT in the price.
A 30% prepayment will be made in order to secure and confirm your booking
Dogs are prohibited on the beach.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS - PITCHES WITHOUT DOGS (Pines area)
The check-in time is at 1:00 p.m.
The check-out must occur before 11:00 a.m.
The campsite will assign you the pitch upon arrival.

BUNGALOW/MOBILHOMES BOOKING CONDITIONS
Before occupying the bungalow, you have to complete the entry form at the reception, where the bungalow number will be assigned and the access keys will be handed over.
A deposit of € 1
After leaving the bungalow, it will be verified to ensure that no damage has occurred, also the inventory and the cleaning status of the bungalow will be checked.
In case of unsatisfactory cleanliness in the accommodations with pets allowed, € 60.00 will be deducted from the deposit for cleaning.
The check in time to the bungalow is at 2:00 p.m.
The total stay shall be paid upon arrival at the campsite.
The check-out must occur before 10:00 a.m. the day of departure
If the bungalow is not occupied on the day of arrival, the reservation will be kept until 1:00 p.m. the next day, if it is not occupied within this period it will result in the loss of the reservation and the cancellation of the stay.
In case of leaving before the indicated date of departure, the total stay will be paid.
All complaints should be made to the reception of the campsite; the campsite has complaint forms for this purpose.
The maximum number of persons established for each type of accommodation cannot be exceeded.
All rates include the use of the camping facilities, such as swimming pool, showers, and sports areas.
It is totally forbidden to overnight visits to the bungalow, the accommodation is only allowed for people who have registered at the campsite at the time of entry, any variation is subject to authorization by the reception.
The bungalow is equipped with a fridge, TV, cooking and cleaning utensils, tables, chairs, etc. At the entry, an inventory list with the contents of the bungalow will be delivered; if you notice that something is missing or that there is any damage, please contact the reception.
The lack or destruction of the inventory material will lead to the loss of the deposit.
You cannot use the bungalow’s material outside of the bungalow, such as taking tables or chairs off the terrace, using bungalow towels for the pool, etc.
Dogs are prohibited on the beach.
No tents or other items can be placed outside the bungalow.
A minimum stay of two nights is established as a rule, except from July 7thto August 25th, where the minimum stay will be seven nights, or multiple of seven.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS BUNGALOW/MOBIL-HOME WITHOUT PETS
Accommodation without dog (Riviera, Riviera Lounge, Bungalows, Bungalow Tent, accommodation 1 room)
We can not assure you a concrete bungalow/ mobil-home/ tent!

There is a parking space for one car available per accommodation in the parking lot of the campsite, the car cannot enter it parked.

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION FOR PLOTS AND ACCOMMODATIONS
Any booking cancellation must be notified to the camping by writing an e-mail to [email protected]or a letter at least 31 days before the arrival date. Cancelations made 31 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 10% charge.
Cancellation of booking 30 days or less prior to the arrival date will entail a cost of 100% of the amount delivered by way of reservation.

CAMPING EL PINAR PRIVACY POLICY
CAMPING EL PINAR (hereinafter, the “Camping”) informs the users of its web page www.campingelpinar.com as to its policy relating to the protection of personal data (hereinafter, “the Personal Data”) in order that users voluntarily and freely determine if they wish to provide the Camping the Personal Data requested through on-line reservation or request for information forms. The Camping reserves the right to modify this policy in order to adapt it to new legislation or case law as well as common practice in the sector or market. Should such modification occur, the Camping will announce, on these pages, the changes to be made reasonably in advance of their implementation.
The Personal Data received by the Camping shall be processed by automated means and inserted in the corresponding automated Personal Data files belonging to the Camping and for which it is responsible. The purpose of the insertion into the files and the processing of the Personal Data, carried out either directly by the Camping or by third parties on behalf of the Camping, is for the maintenance of the contractual relationship entered into, as may be the case, between the Camping and the user, for the management, administration, expansion and improvement of the services provided by the Camping, for the adaptation of said services to the users’ tastes and preferences, for the analysis of the use of the services being made by the users, for the design of new services relating to said services, for the sending of updates regarding the services, and for the sending, by traditional and electronic means, of technical, operational and commercial information relating to the products and services offered by the Camping, currently and in the future.
The Camping shall not assign, transfer nor share the Personal Data to any third party without prior and express consent of the affected users. The Camping or the third parties that process the Personal Data on the Camping´s behalf, has adopted the legally required security levels for the protection of the Personal Data. Notwithstanding the above, the user should be aware that security measures in the Internet are not impregnable.
