The Botanical Garden Marimurtra is an exceptional and unique place for its privileged location next to the sea, in the highest part of Blanes. The garden of Marimurtra was created by Carl Faust in 1920 and among its gardens you will find more than 3,000 subtropical and Mediterranean species. Its stunning panoramic sea views will give you an unforgettable experience. Currently, it is progressively orienting its activity towards the conservation of endemic or threatened species of the Mediterranean area. Open all year, it has a bus service from the centre of the town, with departures every 20 minutes during the high season.

The tropical botanical garden Pinya de Rosa
It combines science and art in each of its corners. This garden has about 50 hectares and comprises about 7,000 species of different genera, sometimes coming from their natural habitat, from nurseries or from private collections.
It is worth mentioning the collections of Aloes, Agaves, Yuccas and Opuntias, many of them considered the best in the world.
Thanks to the existing micro-climate, between 17 ° C and 29 ° C average temperature, the succulents are accompanied by Dracaena, palms and other plants belonging to the local flora. The garden also has a wide variety of cacti, among which the Echinocactusgrusonii, the Cornegieapolylopha and the Echinopsispasacana stand out.
The Garden of Santa Clotilde
Located on a cliff that offers stunning views over the adjacent coves, such as Sa Boadellaand Santa Cristina. It was designed in 1919 by Nicolau Maria RubióiTudurí with a clear Italian Renaissance influence. The garden is made upof beautiful avenues, fountains, statues and stairs, many of them covered with vegetal tapestries that provide colour and freshness to the visitor. One of the terraces is occupied by hammocks where the visitor can lie down and enjoy the sun and the natural environment.
